We LOVE our four legged friends!  There is a 2 pet maximum and dogs must weigh under 60 lbs. fully grown.  We do not accept aggressive breeds. Pet fees do apply and Pet Records are required at Move In!


What is Stratford Mill?

There are a few ways to apply! You can come into the office and pick up an application, or you can download it from our website. There is a $50 application fee per person over the age of 18. The application fee must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order. 

How do I apply?

The Stratford Mill Leasing Office and Clubhouse are open Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm.

Are you income restricted?

No, we are not income restricted. In fact, in order to qualify at Stratford Mill you must show proof of income at least 3 times the monthly rent. Contact us today to see if you qualify!
